    1. Slow food comes to those who wait…
      We are a micro bakery passionate about the health benefits of ancient and heritage grains. Nearly all the ingredients we use in our sourdough loaves, vienoisserie + wholesome cakes are organic. Following that we always try to source our raw materials from our local area, Calderdale, Yorkshire, The North, The UK, overseas (in that order).

      Pop over to our open bakery, takeaway cafe + shop in the lovely Pennine village of Ripponden in the Ryburn Valley, West Yorkshire to see how your sourdough is made.
