Fruit cake with wild sloe gin drizzle

Based on our in-house fruit cake recipe which many of you have enjoyed. This lightly spiced wholesome cake is filled with fruits which have been soaked in wild sloe gin from Luddenden Valley Wines. The juice is reserved to use as a sweet, syrup drizzle should you wish.
