This dough knife is coated with a specially developed p.t.f.e non-stick coating for superior release of wet dough and is fully approved by the FDA, which has the strictest standards worldwide. We find this works brilliantly when shaping our dough, making it much easier to handle. The designer of this fabulous tool has more than 40 years experience in bespoke engineering design and production plus he is also a very good baker, he definitely knows what he’s doing when creating these dough knives.
